This guy is right. The worthless , Lutheran social services with govt money brings in Africans to Fargo. I have one that moved in below me in my apartment building. I told the landlord that the psychotic drug addiction was doing drugs and stinking up my apartment. He kicked and dented my car door. And one day he was going off on me and I felt in danger for my life. So I got my shotgun. He called the cops and the pigs threatened me with multiple crimes.
